Thanksgiving in Mexico

Thanksgiving in Mexico was certainly a little different, but we still enjoyed lots of time with family and a turkey dinner on the Wednesday after Thanksgiving.  This year we are most thankful for our sweet little girl.

We arrived on Thanksgiving day and had sandwiches on the beach in Cancun for dinner.

First time on the sand -- we've got to get to the beach sometime at home too.

Swimming with Oma at the Hyatt.

Showing off her hands and knees skills.

Saturday morning brunch buffet. Yum!

Anthropology museum in an historic building on Montejo.

Another afternoon at the pool.  Oma and A thought the water was too cold.

Asleep at church.

At the fair, visiting the petting zoo.

Taking a picture for Grandpa in front of a CASE tractor.

On the roof at home.

Daddy dressed her on this particular morning.  I don't think the onesie on the outside trend is going to catch on, but who knows.

At home again.  The parents looked forward to their own beds again, but little girl has had trouble going to sleep ever since leaving Mexico.  (Hear that in the background?  She's crying because she doesn't want to sleep.  Patience.  Have patience.)
